Panaxy Filtration® Empowers MyHalal Day Sabah 2025 with Halal Water Innovation

As Sabah takes firm steps toward strengthening its halal industry, Panaxy Filtration®, Malaysia’s JAKIM Halal-certified water filtration brand, proudly stood among the key supporters of MyHalal Day Sabah 2025, an initiative organized by Majlis Ugama Islam Sabah (MUIS) and the Sabah State Government to elevate local halal entrepreneurship.
With a mission to redefine purity through JAKIM Halal-certified filtration systems, led by Abang Long and the Panaxy Pteam Sabah, joined hands with the local community to raise awareness about one essential yet often-overlooked topic — how water itself can be halal.
“For us, water is more than just a necessity — it’s a matter of faith, safety, and integrity,” said Abang Long, the leader of Panaxy’s Sabah team (Pteam Sabah). “We are honored to share how modern filtration technology can uphold halal standards from source to sip.”
Throughout the three-day event held at Dewan Sa’adah, Wisma MUIS, Panaxy’s booth attracted strong interest from both consumers and F&B operators. Many visitors were intrigued by the question ‘How can water be Halal?’, and Panaxy’s team was there to answer, explaining how filtration systems must meet specific hygiene, material safety, and ethical standards to qualify for Halal certification.
To make the celebration even more meaningful, Panaxy sponsored five premium filtration systems as lucky draw prizes - including the Sand Filter, PVDF Plus, Residential Series, Dispenser, and the portable HCM Series, offering Sabahans a chance to experience firsthand the difference of a certified halal water system.
